We are seeking a professional and discreet Butler who is passionate about creating memorable experiences through personalized service. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in anticipating guest needs, maintaining the highest standards, and delivering refined service with confidence and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized service to guests throughout their stay.
• Welcome VIP guests and assist with arrivals, departures, and special requests.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, food and beverage, and concierge teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Serve meals, beverages, and refreshments when required.
• Arrange transportation, dining reservations, and local activities for guests.
• Maintain guest privacy, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times.
• Ensure guest suites and designated areas meet presentation and quality standards.
• Handle guest enquiries and resolve concerns promptly and courteously.
• Maintain accurate records of guest preferences to enhance future visits.
• Uphold hotel policies, luxury service standards, and health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Professional certification in butler service, guest relations, luxury service, or hospitality management is an advantage.
• Previous experience as a Butler, Guest Relations Officer, or in a luxury hotel service role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to remain calm, discreet, and professional under pressure.
• High attention to detail and commitment to exceptional service.
• Proficiency in using hotel management systems and standard office applications is an advantage.
