Job Description

We are seeking a courteous and dependable Bellhop to join our hotel team. The successful candidate will assist guests with luggage, provide helpful information, support arrivals and departures, and ensure a smooth experience from the entrance to the guest room.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and assist with luggage during arrivals and departures.
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain key hotel facilities when required.
• Handle luggage carefully and maintain accurate storage records.
• Assist guests with transportation arrangements and general enquiries.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming entrance area.
• Coordinate with the front desk and other hotel departments to meet guest needs.
• Provide prompt assistance while maintaining professional service standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Bellhop, Porter, Guest Service Agent, or similar hotel role is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance with a courteous and service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to lift and transport luggage safely.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to remain calm and helpful in a busy hotel environment.
