Job Description

A well-established hotel is looking for a courteous, energetic, and dependable Bellhop to create memorable first impressions for every guest. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, providing exceptional service, and ensuring guests feel welcomed and supported throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting guest luggage safely.
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features and hotel amenities.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and provide helpful information about hotel facilities.
• Coordinate with the front office and concierge to ensure seamless guest arrivals and departures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance in guest areas.
• Arrange luggage storage and retrieval when required.
• Deliver packages, messages, and other guest items promptly.
• Assist with valet, transportation, or other guest services as needed.
• Follow hotel safety, security, and guest service standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Bellhop, Porter, Guest Service Assistant, or in a customer-facing role is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving luggage throughout the shift.
• Ability to remain calm and courteous in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Basic knowledge of hotel operations is beneficial.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
