A well-established hotel is seeking a courteous, energetic, and service-oriented Bellhop to create a welcoming first impression for guests. Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Assist guests with transporting luggage to and from guest rooms.
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel facilities and services.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and provide accurate information.
• Coordinate with the front office team to ensure smooth arrivals and departures.
• Arrange luggage storage and retrieval when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and entrance areas.
• Assist with valet, transportation, or concierge requests when needed.
• Deliver messages, packages, and guest amenities promptly.
• Uphold hotel service standards while ensuring guest safety and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Bellhop, Porter, Guest Service Assistant, or in a customer-facing role within a hotel is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, and well-groomed appearance.
• Physically fit and able to lift and transport luggage safely.
• Ability to remain calm and courteous during busy periods.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards is preferred.
• A positive attitude with a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
