Do you enjoy meeting new people and creating positive first impressions? We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and service-oriented Bellhop to join our hotel team. In this role, you will be one of the first faces guests see upon arrival, helping to deliver a warm welcome and exceptional hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
• Assist guests with luggage and personal belongings.
• Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel facilities and services.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
• Coordinate with the Front Office and Housekeeping teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in lobby and entrance areas.
• Assist with transportation arrangements when required.
• Uphold hotel standards of professionalism and guest service at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional, and well-groomed appearance.
• Ability to lift and carry luggage safely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Good problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
