Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and well-presented Bellhop to join our hotel team. This role is all about creating a great first impression and making every guest feel comfortable, supported, and valued from the moment they arrive. You will be the face that greets guests, helps with luggage, and ensures smooth movement through the hotel while maintaining a calm, professional presence at all times.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional attitude
• Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain basic room features when needed
• Support front desk operations during busy periods
• Arrange transportation services such as taxis or hotel shuttles
• Handle guest requests promptly or direct them to the right department
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby and entrance area
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities and services

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed, polite, and presentable at all times
• Physically fit and able to lift and move luggage comfortably
• Ability to remain calm and helpful under pressure
• Basic understanding of guest relations and hotel etiquette
• Team player with a positive and respectful attitude
