Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and schedule the bell team to maintain excellent service standards.
• Welcome guests upon arrival and oversee luggage handling and storage.
• Coordinate guest arrivals, departures, and room transfers efficiently.
• Ensure prompt delivery of luggage, parcels, and guest requests.
• Maintain clear communication with the front office, concierge, housekeeping, and valet teams.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Monitor the appearance, conduct, and performance of bell staff.
• Keep luggage storage areas organised, secure, and well maintained.
• Assist with transportation arrangements and provide local information when required.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety procedures, and service standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Bell Captain, Bell Supervisor, or in a similar guest services leadership role within a hotel.
• Proven ability to supervise and motivate a service-focused team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Professional appearance and a courteous, positive attitude.
• Physically capable of handling luggage and remaining active throughout the shift.
• Familiarity with hotel operations and guest service procedures.
• Ability to remain calm and efficient in a busy environment.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest satisfaction.
