Job Description

There’s something special about the way a great cup of coffee can shape someone’s day. We’re looking for a Barista who enjoys the craft, understands the rhythm of a busy café, and knows how to make every cup feel intentional. This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, customer-focused, and takes pride in both presentation and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso-based drinks with care and consistency
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment properly
• Maintain cleanliness of the workspace, equipment, and customer area
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take orders accurately and process payments when required
• Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies
• Support smooth daily café operations during busy hours

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is an advantage
• Strong interest in coffee and willingness to learn brewing techniques
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Team-oriented attitude with a positive mindset
• Basic numeracy skills for handling orders and payments
