Barista

Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented Barista to join our cozy coffee shop team. If you enjoy crafting great coffee, connecting with people, and working in a lively environment, this could be the perfect fit for you.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages with consistency and care
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment properly
• Take customer orders and handle payments politely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar, tools, and seating area
• Restock ingredients and ensure proper storage of supplies
• Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing methods
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying calm and focused
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Team player with a positive and friendly attitude
