Barista

Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Barista to bring warmth, consistency, and great coffee experiences to our café. If you enjoy working in a lively environment, connecting with people, and crafting quality drinks, this role might be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment with care
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station
• Welcome customers warmly and take orders with accuracy
• Handle cash and POS transactions when needed
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and service speed
• Restock ingredients and monitor inventory levels
• Follow hygiene and food safety standards at all times

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and espresso machines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying calm under pressure
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and improve coffee-making skills
