Job Description

We’re a cozy, community-focused café that loves great coffee, friendly faces, and a warm atmosphere. We’re looking for a passionate Barista to join our team and help create memorable experiences for every guest.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to a high standard

• Ensure the café is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times

• Take customer orders, handle transactions, and provide excellent service

• Maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment

• Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies

• Collaborate with the team to create a positive and efficient work environment

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role preferred

• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and café equipment

• Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods

• Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn
