We are looking for an energetic and dependable Barback to support our bar team in delivering exceptional service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, stays organized under pressure, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities

• Restock beverages, glassware, ice, garnishes, and bar supplies throughout each shift.
• Keep the bar clean, organized, and fully prepared for service.
• Collect and wash used glassware while maintaining sanitation standards.
• Remove empty bottles, boxes, and waste promptly.
• Assist bartenders with preparing ingredients and replenishing stock.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify management when supplies are running low.
• Receive and properly store deliveries.
• Ensure workstations remain clean and safe at all times.
• Support opening and closing duties, including cleaning equipment and organizing storage areas.
• Work closely with the bar team to maintain efficient service during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Barback or in a bar, restaurant, or customer service environment is an advantage.
• Strong ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy stock safely.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and support the team.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to follow health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.
