Key Responsibilities

• Restock beverages, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and bar supplies throughout each shift.
• Assist bartenders by preparing ingredients and ensuring all necessary tools are readily available.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, storage areas, and service stations.
• Collect and wash glassware, bar equipment, and utensils promptly.
• Replenish ice bins and remove empty bottles, cartons, and waste.
• Receive, unpack, and properly store beverage deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify supervisors when stock is running low.
• Support opening and closing procedures, ensuring the bar is fully prepared for service.
• Follow health, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
• Work closely with bartenders and other team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service environment is an advantage but not essential.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
• Physically capable of lifting beverage cases, moving supplies, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn.
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices is desirable.
