Bar Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven Bar Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the bar team, and deliver an outstanding experience for every guest. Responsibilities

• Manage daily bar operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and workflow coordination.
• Lead, train, and motivate bartenders and support staff to deliver excellent service.
• Develop drink menus, recommend new concepts, and maintain strong knowledge of current beverage trends.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock control, and reduce waste through effective ordering practices.
• Ensure all drinks are prepared consistently according to quality standards.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness requirements.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve service concerns effectively.
• Track sales performance and support strategies to improve revenue and customer satisfaction.
