We are looking for a confident and energetic Bar Manager to lead daily bar operations, create a welcoming atmosphere, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar operations and ensure smooth service flow
• Supervise, train, and motivate bar staff to maintain high performance standards
• Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory control
• Create and maintain drink menus in collaboration with the management team
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
• Monitor sales performance and support revenue growth strategies
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards in the bar area

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bartending or bar supervision, with at least some leadership exposure
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beverages, and bar service techniques
• Excellent communication and team management skills
• Ability to work under pressure during busy service hours
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Customer-focused mindset with a friendly and professional attitude
• Basic understanding of stock control and cost management
