We are looking for a confident, hands on Bar Manager who knows how to turn a good night into a great experience. As our Bar Manager, you will oversee daily bar operations, inspire your team, and ensure every guest leaves impressed. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast paced hospitality environment and understands both the art and the business of running a successful bar.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar operations and ensure exceptional guest service

• Lead, train, and motivate bartenders and bar support staff

• Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships

• Monitor stock levels and reduce waste and losses

• Develop drink menus and introduce creative beverage ideas

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations

• Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly

• Manage scheduling, staff performance, and team development

• Track sales, control costs, and meet revenue targets

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a senior bar supervisory role

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Solid understanding of beverage operations, stock control, and cost management

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high service standards

• Good knowledge of health and safety regulations within hospitality

• Financial awareness with the ability to analyze sales and performance reports

• A proactive attitude and passion for delivering memorable guest experiences
