We are looking for a talented Baker to join our café team. Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake breads, pastries, muffins, cookies, cakes, and other café baked goods.
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately according to recipes.
• Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure consistent quality.
• Decorate and finish baked products as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic baking area.
• Ensure ingredients are stored properly and stock levels are monitored.
• Assist with planning daily production based on customer demand.
• Minimize waste through efficient preparation and inventory management.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with the café team to ensure products are available throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Baker in a café, bakery, restaurant, or similar food service environment.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food preparation.
• Ability to prepare a variety of baked goods with consistent quality.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and presentation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Reliable, dependable, and committed to maintaining high standards.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
