Job Description

There’s something special about the smell of fresh bread and pastries in the morning, and we’re looking for a talented Baker who can help create that experience every day. Our café is searching for someone dependable, creative, and passionate about baking from scratch. If you enjoy early mornings, working with quality ingredients, and preparing treats people genuinely look forward to, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake breads, pastries, cakes, muffins, and other café items
• Follow recipes while maintaining consistent quality and presentation
• Monitor baking times, ingredient freshness, and stock levels
• Keep the kitchen and baking stations clean and organized
• Assist with developing seasonal or special menu items
• Work closely with the café team to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Baker or Pastry Assistant in a café, bakery, or restaurant
• Good knowledge of baking techniques and food safety standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Creativity and passion for baked goods are a big plus
