Early mornings, the smell of fresh pastries, and perfectly baked treats that keep customers coming back. Our coffee shop is looking for a talented Baker who genuinely enjoys creating quality baked goods in a warm, fast-paced environment. If you love working with dough, experimenting with flavors, and taking pride in what comes out of the oven, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake breads, muffins, pastries, cookies, and other café items
• Ensure products are fresh, consistent, and beautifully presented
• Monitor baking times, temperatures, and ingredient quality
• Assist with planning seasonal or specialty baked items
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the kitchen
• Manage stock levels and inform management when supplies are low
• Work closely with the café team to keep displays fully stocked throughout the day

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Baker in a café, coffee shop, bakery, or restaurant
• Good understanding of baking techniques and food hygiene practices
• Ability to work early shifts and stay organized during busy periods
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and maintain consistency under pressure
