There’s something special about walking into a café and being greeted by the smell of fresh bread and warm pastries. That’s the experience we’re looking to create every single day, and we need a talented Baker to help bring it to life.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and sweet treats daily
- Follow and refine recipes to maintain consistency and quality
- Ensure ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and well managed
- Keep the baking area clean, organized, and efficient
- Work closely with the café team to meet daily demand and special orders
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Attention to detail and a genuine love for the craft
- Ability to work early mornings and manage time effectively
- A team-oriented mindset with a positive, can-do attitude
