Are you passionate about hospitality and ready to take the next step in restaurant leadership? We are seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations, inspire the team, and help deliver exceptional dining experiences to every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing the restaurant’s daily operations and service standards.
• Supervise, train, and motivate front-of-house staff.
• Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve guest concerns.
• Support staff scheduling and monitor attendance.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant.
• Assist with inventory control, ordering, and stock management.
• Monitor sales performance and support initiatives to increase revenue.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant operations.
• Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications.
