Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager with day-to-day operations
• Supervise staff and help maintain high service standards
• Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies
• Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and health regulations are followed
• Help drive sales and improve guest satisfaction

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Good understanding of restaurant operations and food safety standards
• Ability to stay organised and work well under pressure
