Security Officer

Job Description

We’re looking for a calm, observant, and dependable Security Officer to help keep our hotel safe, secure, and welcoming for everyone who walks through our doors. If you’re someone who notices the little things, stays professional under pressure, and enjoys being part of a team, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Patrol hotel premises regularly and maintain a visible security presence

• Monitor CCTV systems and report any unusual activity

• Assist guests and staff with safety-related concerns in a courteous manner

• Control access to restricted areas and verify visitors when required

• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies

• Write clear and accurate incident reports

• Work closely with management and local authorities when necessary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a security role, preferably within hospitality

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to remain alert and composed in high-pressure situations

• Strong sense of integrity and professionalism

• Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Basic knowledge of safety procedures and emergency response
