IT Support Officer
Job Description
We’re looking for a hands-on, solution-driven IT Support Officer to keep our hotel’s technology running smoothly. From front office systems to back-of-house networks, you’ll be the go-to person who makes sure our team can work efficiently and our guests enjoy a seamless digital experience. If you love solving problems and staying one step ahead of technical issues, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, and network systems

Troubleshoot issues affecting POS, PMS, Wi-Fi, printers, and other hotel technologies

Install, configure, and maintain computers and peripheral equipment

Monitor system performance and ensure data security and backups

Support staff with basic IT training and guidance

Liaise with external vendors when specialized repairs or upgrades are needed

Keep accurate records of issues, fixes, and maintenance schedules
Qualifications

Proven experience in IT support or a similar technical role

Good understanding of networking, operating systems, and common business applications

Ability to diagnose problems quickly and provide practical solutions

Strong communication skills and a helpful, service-oriented attitude

Ability to prioritize tasks and stay calm under pressure
