Security Officer

Job Description

We’re looking for a vigilant and professional Security Officer to join our hotel team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests, staff, and property, creating a secure environment that reflects the high standards of our establishment. If you take pride in being alert, approachable, and proactive, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol hotel premises to ensure safety and security at all times.

• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, coordinating with management and emergency services when needed.

• Enforce hotel policies and procedures, including access control and guest safety protocols.

• Maintain detailed records of daily activities, incidents, and observations.

• Assist guests and staff in safety-related matters while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or related field is preferred.

• Strong observational skills and the ability to stay alert in all situations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of safety protocols, emergency procedures, and security equipment.
