Security Officer
Job Description
We’re looking for a vigilant and professional Security Officer to join our hotel team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests, staff, and property, creating a secure environment that reflects the high standards of our establishment. If you take pride in being alert, approachable, and proactive, this role is for you!
Responsibilities:

Monitor and patrol hotel premises to ensure safety and security at all times.

Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, coordinating with management and emergency services when needed.

Enforce hotel policies and procedures, including access control and guest safety protocols.

Maintain detailed records of daily activities, incidents, and observations.

Assist guests and staff in safety-related matters while providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications:

Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or related field is preferred.

Strong observational skills and the ability to stay alert in all situations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of safety protocols, emergency procedures, and security equipment.
