Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive and tech-savvy IT Support Officer to join our hotel team. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping our IT systems running smoothly, ensuring both staff and guests enjoy seamless technology experiences. If you love solving tech challenges and enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, this could be the perfect role for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for hotel staff, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

  • Maintain and monitor computer systems, servers, and hotel management software.

  • Assist with the installation and configuration of new IT equipment.

  • Ensure cybersecurity measures are in place and up to date.

  • Train staff on basic IT procedures and software usage.

  • Collaborate with external vendors for maintenance or advanced technical issues.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.

  • Experience with IT troubleshooting and support, preferably in a hospitality or customer-focused environment.

  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
