IT Support Officer

Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive and tech-savvy IT Support Officer to join our hotel team. You’ll be the go-to person for all things technology, ensuring our systems run smoothly so our staff and guests have seamless experiences. If you enjoy solving problems, supporting users, and keeping IT systems in top shape, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line IT support to hotel staff, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, POS systems, and hotel management software.

• Monitor IT systems and networks to ensure optimal performance and security.

• Assist in training staff on new technologies and best IT practices.

• Maintain accurate IT documentation and records of technical issues.

• Liaise with external IT vendors and service providers when needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications.

• Experience with IT support, ideally in a hospitality or customer-focused environment.

• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work calmly under pressure.

• Good communication skills to assist non-technical staff.

• Knowledge of cybersecurity basics is a plus.
