Our coffee shop is looking for a passionate Coffee Brewer to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and brew a variety of coffee beverages according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Grind, measure, and brew coffee while ensuring consistency in flavour and presentation.
• Monitor coffee bean freshness and brewing equipment performance.
• Assist with beverage preparation during busy service periods.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and fully stocked brewing station.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Greet customers warmly and answer questions about coffee varieties and brewing methods.
• Replenish coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies as needed.
• Report equipment issues promptly to management.
• Support team members with daily opening and closing duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Coffee Brewer, Barista, or in a coffee shop is preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee beans, brewing techniques, and beverage preparation.
• Ability to operate coffee brewing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
