Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and complete check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
• Handle room reservations, cancellations, and booking modifications.
• Respond promptly to guest enquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Answer telephone calls and direct enquiries professionally.
• Resolve guest issues promptly or escalate them when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare daily front desk reports.
• Ensure the reception area remains organised and presentable at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Guest Service Agent, Front Desk Receptionist, or in a similar hotel front office role is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using hotel property management systems and basic computer applications.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
