Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide professional assistance throughout their stay.
• Arrange transportation, restaurant reservations, tours, and other guest requests.
• Offer accurate information about local attractions, events, and services.
• Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, and other hotel teams to meet guest needs.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently and courteously.
• Assist with luggage coordination when required.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local amenities and points of interest.
• Keep accurate records of guest requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Support VIP arrivals and special occasions with personalized service.
• Uphold hotel standards for guest service, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Certificate, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Hotel Management, Tourism, Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in a concierge, front desk, guest relations, or customer-facing role within a hotel is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance and a positive, welcoming attitude.
• Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of local attractions, transportation, and guest services is desirable.
• Proficiency in using hotel reservation or property management systems is an asset.
