Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso based beverages to a consistently high standard.
• Create attractive and precise latte art on a wide range of coffee drinks.
• Ensure milk steaming techniques and espresso extraction meet quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and equipment.
• Engage warmly with customers while providing excellent service.
• Monitor coffee bean freshness, milk quality, and beverage presentation.
• Assist with stock rotation and report inventory shortages.
• Support team members during busy service periods.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
• Contribute ideas to improve beverage presentation and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating professional latte art in a coffee shop.
• Strong knowledge of espresso preparation, milk texturing, and coffee brewing techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment without compromising quality.
• Excellent attention to detail and consistency in beverage presentation.
• Friendly communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate and maintain commercial coffee equipment.
• Strong teamwork, reliability, and time management skills.
