Key Responsibilities

• Create classic and signature cocktails with consistency and attention to detail.
• Develop innovative seasonal drink menus and beverage specials.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while building positive guest relationships.
• Recommend drinks based on guest preferences and pair beverages with menu items.
• Prepare garnishes, syrups, infusions, and other cocktail ingredients.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management and ordering.
• Ensure the bar is clean, organised, and fully stocked throughout each shift.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Minimise waste and maintain accurate pouring and portion control.
• Work closely with bartenders and other team members to ensure efficient service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Mixologist, Bartender, or in a similar bar role.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and premium beverages.
• Ability to create original cocktail recipes and adapt to changing trends.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Confident working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
• Good understanding of bar operations, inventory control, and beverage costing.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional appearance with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
