Key Responsibilities

• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and press hotel linens, towels, uniforms, and guest laundry.
• Operate and maintain laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect laundered items for stains, damage, or wear before returning them for use.
• Follow proper handling procedures for different fabric types and cleaning products.
• Keep the laundry area clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene standards.
• Monitor laundry supplies and report shortages or equipment faults promptly.
• Label and organize guest laundry to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
• Work closely with the housekeeping team to meet daily linen requirements.
• Follow all health, safety, and hotel procedures at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a laundry, housekeeping, or hotel operations role is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of laundry processes, fabric care, and stain removal techniques.
• Ability to operate commercial laundry equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and lift laundry loads when required.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to delivering quality service.
