Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests efficiently.
• Perform flair bartending routines safely while maintaining excellent service.
• Engage with customers in a friendly, professional, and entertaining manner.
• Recommend beverages based on guest preferences and promote specialty drinks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout each shift.
• Monitor stock levels and notify management when supplies need replenishing.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Process customer orders accurately and handle payments when required.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking and cleaning.
• Work closely with team members to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender, with demonstrated flair bartending skills.
• Ability to perform bottle, shaker, and bar tool tricks confidently and safely.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and beverage preparation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, energetic, and confident personality with a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed during busy service periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift bar supplies when necessary.
