Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing latte art on a variety of espresso-based beverages.
• Prepare high-quality coffee drinks while maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
• Ensure espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment are clean and operating efficiently.
• Monitor milk texture and espresso extraction to achieve excellent beverage quality.
• Assist in developing new drink presentations and seasonal specialty beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee preparation area.
• Deliver friendly and attentive customer service during every interaction.
• Work closely with fellow team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Monitor inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other beverage supplies.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Proven experience preparing espresso-based beverages and creating advanced latte art.
• Strong understanding of espresso extraction, milk steaming, and coffee preparation techniques.
• Ability to produce consistent free-pour designs such as hearts, tulips, rosettas, and swans.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to presentation quality.
• Friendly communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced coffee shop environment.
• Strong teamwork and time management abilities.
• Passion for specialty coffee and continuous skill development.
