Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales and service goals.
• Supervise, coach, and motivate front and back-of-house team members.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Monitor staff scheduling, attendance, and shift performance.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and workplace hygiene.
• Assist with inventory management, stock ordering, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
• Help train new employees and support ongoing staff development.
• Prepare operational reports and communicate performance updates to management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a restaurant.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Experience with inventory management and cash handling is an advantage.
