Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient workflow across all departments.
• Support scheduling, shift planning, and staff coordination.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock ordering and supply management.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to resolve operational challenges.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records.
• Help implement procedures that improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Respond promptly to operational issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Support management with special projects and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in restaurant operations, food service supervision, or a similar coordination role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy restaurant environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
