A busy restaurant is seeking a proactive and organized Operations Supervisor to oversee daily activities, support team performance, and help maintain excellent service standards. This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a hands-on approach, and the ability to keep operations running efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, motivate, and support front-of-house and back-of-house team members.
• Monitor staff schedules, attendance, and shift performance.
• Ensure high standards of customer service are consistently delivered.
• Assist with inventory management, stock control, and ordering supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and workplace health and safety standards.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
• Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
• Monitor operational costs and help improve efficiency.
• Prepare daily reports and communicate operational updates to management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with scheduling, inventory control, and team coordination.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.
