We are looking for a friendly and welcoming Cafe Host to be the first point of contact for guests and help create a warm, comfortable, and organized dining experience. If you enjoy meeting people, staying organized, and keeping things running smoothly in a busy cafe, this role is a great fit.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude
• Manage seating arrangements and table rotations efficiently
• Handle reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists
• Assist in maintaining a clean and inviting front-of-house area
• Support servers and baristas during busy periods
• Answer customer questions about menu items and daily specials
• Ensure guests feel attended to from arrival to departure

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, calm, and confident in a busy environment
• Good organizational and multitasking ability
• Ability to remain professional under pressure
• Basic knowledge of cafe or restaurant operations is a plus
• A team-focused attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed
