A welcoming and well-organized hotel is looking for a reliable and energetic Porter to support daily guest services and ensure a smooth, comfortable experience from arrival to departure. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, takes pride in presentation, and is always ready to lend a helping hand.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with luggage on arrival and departure
• Escort guests to rooms and explain basic room features when required
• Maintain cleanliness and order in lobby, entrances, and public areas
• Assist with guest requests such as directions, transport, or information
• Support housekeeping and front desk teams when needed
• Handle luggage storage and retrieval securely and efficiently
• Ensure hotel entrances remain tidy and presentable at all times

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Physically fit and able to handle luggage and extended standing periods
• Polite, professional, and guest focused attitude
• Basic understanding of hotel operations is a plus
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
