Job Description

We’re looking for a reliable and energetic Line Cook to join a fast-paced restaurant kitchen where teamwork, timing, and attention to detail make all the difference. If you enjoy working with food, staying organized under pressure, and being part of a busy kitchen service, this could be a great fit.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and kitchen standards
  • Set up and stock assigned stations with all necessary ingredients and tools
  • Maintain speed and consistency during service hours
  • Ensure proper food presentation before dishes are sent out
  • Follow hygiene, food safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times
  • Assist with cleaning and organizing kitchen equipment and work areas
  • Work closely with chefs and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role is an advantage
  • Basic understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Good time management and attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions precisely
