Love the smell of freshly brewed coffee and enjoy creating great customer experiences? We’re looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Coffee Brewer to join our coffee shop team. If you enjoy working in a lively environment, care about consistency, and take pride in preparing quality beverages, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and brew a variety of coffee beverages to quality and presentation standards
• Monitor coffee freshness, brewing methods, and equipment performance throughout the day
• Grind, measure, and brew coffee with consistency and attention to detail
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of brewing stations, counters, and equipment
• Assist customers with beverage recommendations and provide friendly service
• Restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other essentials as needed
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health standards at all times
• Support the team during busy service periods and contribute to a positive atmosphere

Qualifications

• Previous experience in coffee preparation, café service, or hospitality is an advantage
• Good understanding of brewing techniques, coffee quality, and beverage preparation
• Friendly personality with strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality
• Attention to detail and commitment to consistency in every cup served
• Willingness to learn new brewing methods and coffee trends
