Guest Relations Officer

Do you enjoy creating memorable experiences and making people feel genuinely welcome? We are looking for a friendly, professional, and people-focused Guest Relations Officer to join our hotel team. In this role, you’ll be the face of warm hospitality, ensuring every guest enjoys a smooth, comfortable, and pleasant stay from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
• Assist with guest check-ins, special arrangements, and personalized experiences
• Handle complaints or service issues with patience and professionalism while ensuring quick resolution
• Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, food and beverage, and other departments to meet guest needs
• Maintain accurate guest records, preferences, and feedback where required
• Promote hotel facilities, services, and amenities to enhance the guest experience
• Ensure guests leave with a positive impression of the hotel

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, confident, and professional personality with excellent customer service abilities
• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, front desk, or guest relations is an advantage
• Ability to remain calm and solution-focused in fast-paced situations
• Good organizational and multitasking skills
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle guest-related systems or records
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude toward teamwork
