Job Description

We’re looking for a Chief Experience Officer to shape that feeling from the first greeting to the final goodbye. This role sits at the heart of our guest journey, blending service design, staff culture, and customer insight into one seamless experience. You’ll work closely with leadership, kitchen teams, and front-of-house staff to make sure every detail speaks the same language: excellence.
Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the full guest experience from arrival to departure
- Set service standards and ensure consistent execution across all touchpoints
- Work with management to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Monitor guest feedback and turn insights into practical improvements
- Train and guide staff on hospitality tone, emotional intelligence, and service flow
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to align service timing and presentation
- Lead initiatives that improve ambiance, comfort, and overall brand feel
- Handle escalated guest concerns with tact and professionalism
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality, restaurant management, or guest experience roles
- Strong understanding of customer behavior and service psychology
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage teams while maintaining a calm, guest-focused presence
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail
- Experience in high-volume or premium dining environments is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence
- Passion for hospitality and building memorable experiences
