Job Description

In a restaurant where food is only half the story, the real magic lies in how every guest feels from the moment they walk in to the moment they leave. We are seeking a Chief Experience Officer to shape, refine, and elevate that entire journey. This is a leadership role for someone who sees hospitality as both an art and a system. You will be the architect of guest experience, working closely with kitchen, service, and management teams to ensure every touchpoint feels intentional, warm, and memorable.

Responsibilities

  • Design and oversee the complete guest experience journey from arrival to departure
  • Work with operations and service teams to maintain consistently high service standards
  • Identify gaps in customer satisfaction and implement practical improvements
  • Develop guest feedback systems and translate insights into action
  • Train and mentor staff on emotional intelligence and service excellence
  • Collaborate with marketing to align in-restaurant experience with brand identity
  • Introduce innovative hospitality practices that enhance comfort, engagement, and loyalty

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in hospitality management, guest relations, or service design
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence across multiple departments
  • Deep understanding of customer psychology and service culture
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience in developing or improving customer experience systems is an advantage
  • Calm, observant, and highly detail-oriented mindset
  • Ability to balance creativity with operational discipline
