Waitress

Job Description

There’s something special about a coffee shop where regulars feel at home and first-time guests quickly become familiar faces. We are looking for a friendly and attentive Waitress to join our team and help create that kind of welcoming atmosphere every day. In this role, you will be the bridge between our kitchen and our guests, making sure orders are taken smoothly, drinks and food are served with care, and every customer feels seen and valued.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and make them feel comfortable on arrival
• Take accurate food and drink orders in a timely manner
• Serve beverages and meals with attention to presentation and detail
• Check in with guests to ensure they are satisfied with their experience
• Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas throughout service
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations
• Handle payments and provide receipts where needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting is an advantage but not essential
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude
• Ability to stay calm and organized during busy hours
• Good memory and attention to detail when handling orders
• Willingness to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• A genuine interest in customer service and creating positive experiences
