Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers in a warm and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen
• Serve meals and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle simple requests
• Clear tables efficiently and maintain a clean dining area
• Process bills and handle cash or card payments correctly
• Support team members during busy hours to ensure smooth service flow

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, or hospitality setting is an advantage
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stay calm and organized during busy periods
• Basic numeracy skills for handling payments
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good teamwork and reliability are essential
