CCTV Operator

Job Description

We’re looking for a calm, observant CCTV Operator to join our hotel team. In this role, you’ll help keep guests, staff, and property safe by monitoring surveillance systems and responding quickly to any unusual activity. If you have a sharp eye and enjoy working behind the scenes to create a secure environment, this could be a great fit.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems across the hotel
• Identify and report suspicious or unusual activities
• Maintain accurate incident logs and reports
• Coordinate with security and management when needed
• Ensure all surveillance equipment is functioning properly
• Follow safety procedures and hotel security protocols

Qualifications

• Previous experience in CCTV monitoring or security operations
• Strong attention to detail and observation skills
• Ability to stay focused during long shifts
• Basic knowledge of surveillance systems and controls
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Reliable, responsible, and able to handle confidential information
