Café Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a confident and friendly Café Supervisor who enjoys creating a welcoming environment for guests while guiding a small team to deliver excellent service. Responsibilities

• Supervise daily café operations and support team members during service
• Ensure guests receive prompt, warm, and attentive service
• Coordinate staff schedules and shift activities
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and organization across the café
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies
• Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve concerns quickly
• Support the manager with daily reports and operational checks

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or similar hospitality setting
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to stay organized and calm in a busy environment
• Basic understanding of café operations and service standards
• Positive attitude and willingness to lead by example
