Inventory Controller

Job Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Controller to join our busy, vibrant cafe team. If you love keeping things organized, tracking stock like a pro, and making sure our café always has the right ingredients and supplies on hand, this could be the role for you.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies.

• Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records.

• Coordinate with suppliers to place timely orders and ensure on-time deliveries.

• Identify and resolve discrepancies in stock records.

• Work closely with the kitchen and service team to forecast demand and reduce waste.

• Implement efficient inventory systems and processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in a food or beverage setting.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Comfortable using inventory software or willing to quickly learn.

• Good communication skills and ability to work with a team.

• Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle stock challenges proactively.
